We stand behind the quality of every STAURON product. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Important: We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or odor.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is late or missing, check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items returned outside the 7-day window

  • Worn or damaged merchandise


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Incorrectly fulfilled (wrong size or item)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. STAURON is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.


📬 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at Stauronlab@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions if your request is approved.
